Beginner Morning Walking Routine

One of the best exercises for your is walking. Here is my favorite beginner-friendly walking routine from Leslie Sansone. It’s a 1 mile routine, and it will get your blood pumping and ready for the day! You can do this in the privacy of your own home, in your jammies if you like, and you’ll notice you’ll feel so much better if you incorporate this into your morning routine.
